However, I could tell that some of the folks in the dealership were getting irritated with me. I was in every day this week. The first vehicle tried was much higher price wise than my income could allow, with insurance+monthly payments. The second vehicle I loved, but it presented with strong shaking (enough so that the passenger seat was shaking and making noise) when I drove it back from Moberly to Columbia. The final vehicle I settled on is perfect price wise and economy wise. They had just gotten it in, and I understood I would have to wait a day, as it still needed to be detailed, etc. I'm attaching pictures that show how it looks after the "detail". I'm too tired to even want to mess with the dealership again, and too stressed, and I figure I'll attempt to clean it myself. Brandon was the kindest out of those I dealt with. I am appreciative of that. ***Brandon told me he will get me set up with his own detailer, and that he would give my first oil change free of charge when I need it. I'm waiting to hear back from him on the detailer. But I am very appreciative of his kindness. His kind and humorous demeanor made the hard parts of this whole process a bit easier. More

I should have had to ask someone from Machens to go to another service store to fix the mistake that machens service technicians made. But it is now fix and done.
