Service was as should be. The over all appearance was terrible. Far from the pristine facilities am accustomed to at other mazada dealer. Far from what I expected joe Machen to be. Truly old facilities s terrible. Far from the pristine facilities am accustomed to at other mazada dealer. Far from what I expected joe Machen to be. Truly old facilities snd must come into the 21st century. the lady trying to help a customers with warranty almost was unable to get proper tech help to find records. When I stated other shops could look on line and what had been done at other shops the man I talked with was doubtful they had that capability, another example of inadequate system or improper training. facilities were dirty and carpet had worn wrinkles all over the entire shop. People in other shops greeting the public are dressed in business attire some even wear ties, this shop had on shorts and not well matched shirt. They should show more professionalism in doing their jobs. hope someone pays attention to this and not just lip service. More

The process for making an appointment was not at all friendly. After calling the main number and choosing “service” from the phone tree, I had to leave a message. I had some unique things that I wanted friendly. After calling the main number and choosing “service” from the phone tree, I had to leave a message. I had some unique things that I wanted to discuss. So I tried booking online, documenting in writing the matters we needed to address. The response was that a service agent would call or email me. This was a week before my requested date. The only reply I ever received was a text with an appointment time on the day I requested. The last two times I’ve come in for service, I’ve had to leave my car in the bay and enter the building to meet with a service agent - this used to happen car-side. Needless to say, I’m not impressed with the front end processes. The only reason I’m rating the experience as good is because I pretty much unloaded on my service agent, Jeff, because he had no idea about anything that I had taken the time to document online. Once engaged at the service department, Jeff took very good care of me. I like my car. I have two years left on my extended warranty. I don’t have a big issue with using technology to get things done. If you manage to fix the broken links between the digital interfaces and the people in service, perhaps I’ll buy again. At the moment - meh. I came back to add that even your survey sucks. You asked me to rate some excellent service people who have been gone for over a year. More
