Didn't let us know they'd be 5 hours late delivering the vehicle waited all day. Salesman was good. Didn't work with us much on the price. It was below average working with them. We went in to get a vehicle & was told all was good with the loan. Drove home only to be told to bring it back two weeks later because loan didn't go through. Quite possibly the most inept parts department I’ve ever encountered. I spent a full week trying to get them to sell me an OEM bolt for my 2011 Tribute. On the third try the parts worker pretty much gave up encountered. I spent a full week trying to get them to sell me an OEM bolt for my 2011 Tribute. On the third try the parts worker pretty much gave up. I had the old bolt, the specs on the bolt, pictures of the part it went into, etc. When I asked if she could fax my info to their parts supplier she refused. I spoke with the manager and he couldn’t be bothered to even talk to the parts person with me. I drove over to the Ford dealer and they located and ordered the part in literally under a minute. My advice? Stay away from Machens Mazda. More
Michael in service is great, but this dealership is a joke. I have had my car since December 16, 2021 & paid $3000 for a warranty that I supposedly couldn’t even use to cover the service that needed done joke. I have had my car since December 16, 2021 & paid $3000 for a warranty that I supposedly couldn’t even use to cover the service that needed done on my car after not even having it for 30 days. No one called me back to let me know about my parts and no one was even trying to work with me to figure something out. Less than 30 days of having this car & they wanted me to pay $800 to fix something that should have been fixed before I bought the car. These sales people take advantage of desperate people and I would never recommend anyone go here to purchase a vehicle. Leslie was my sales lady & I told her over the phone what I was comfortable paying each month & she told me it was no problem at all, just for me to come in and her hand me paperwork stating that my payments each month would be almost $100 more than I had agreed to and it also wasn’t even the car that I had originally applied for. They told me I was approved and I was going into this thinking that it was a completely different car. They knew I was desperate to get a new car because my old one was crapping out & they took complete advantage of me. More
