I’ve waited over a year. They said they would relay my complaint to management but I have never heard back from them. I guess they have told me what they think of customers. Maybe you will be the next one. That’s ok. I just purchased another vehicle and it definitely wasn’t from this dealership.

They acted like this was common practice for them. We had to pay a Ford dealership to get the code to be able to use the keyless entry. JM refuses to repay us for this even though they took the vehicle back. Can we get reimbursed for this cost? I do have the receipt for it.?
