Always have to tell them the service is needed. I don't travel alot but I do know that you need your oil changed once a year at least. 1. Was told the truck would be ready on Monday the 21st after buying it Saturday the 19th. Had to take a rental home due to not being ready. 2. Called at 3pm on the 21st and still wasn't ready with no wo after buying it Saturday the 19th. Had to take a rental home due to not being ready. 2. They did print off a service receipt of the work that was done which held up it being finished. Supposedly 2k dollars on work. More
