Corey and the entire team were very kind. My sister and I were part way into a snowy road trip when the icy conditions sent us into the ditch. After calling the closest Mazda, they were too busy and unable to look at the car, but calling Machens and talking to Corey, not only do they answer their phones promptly, he was also very patient, listened and reassured they would absolutely look at it when we got there. The atmosphere was laid back and their team made us feel at home which was especially nice considering we were just passing through. After a scary car incident, we were able to take a breath and know we were in good hands. Corey and other team members even input when we asked where we could find a local lunch spot and didn’t disappoint there either. Now back on the road, we have peace of mind and can enjoy the rest of our trip. More

The flow into the service center is not clear. It has changed a few times and sometimes I have to wait for somebody to know I’m there.
