I had an awesome car buying experience with JMAG, I had my eye on the Mazda CX7 and Carrie was able to get me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for friendlier service and the end of the month sa my eye on the Mazda CX7 and Carrie was able to get me exactly what I wanted. As a past customer and purchaser of a Mitsubishi Outlander, we were called by Mr. Hall and asked if we might be considering trading in our 2011 Outlander on a new one. At that time we were not real Outlander, we were called by Mr. Hall and asked if we might be considering trading in our 2011 Outlander on a new one. At that time we were not really ready but the thought had been discussed by us. Then after further consideration it seemed that maybe now would be better than waiting until spring as we had originally planned. At least we could check the new prices and get an idea of what might be best. We asked for Adam and He gave us his undivided attention. We ended up trading for a new 2013 Outlander and as they say, the rest is history. More
I stopped out last Spring to look at a used RX8 and test drove the car. I talked with Louie about the fact that I really wanted to buy a RX7 as I had bought one new back in 1981. He did not try to talk me out of my plan and even offered to help me find one. He was able to tell me that the service department had a mechanic that was very experienced working on these cars. I later found and bought a 1993 RX7 on my own and had extensive mechanical work done at their service department. I am very happy with the entire experience, starting with my test drive of the RX8. More

I have never had a car start to screw up within 2 days of taking it off the lot. first it needed a headlight and tire rod end to pass inspection, then they said it needed a windshield, but instead of replaci taking it off the lot. first it needed a headlight and tire rod end to pass inspection, then they said it needed a windshield, but instead of replacing it, they give me an inspection slip from them saying it passed. after that little disagreement, I realized the speedometer had quit working, and of course they just said it would only be 550 dollars to fix. they were unwilling to fix it because I paid cash instead of financing it. If anyone is thinking about going here, look somewhere else. they fix their used cars just good enough to get them off the lot, after that they couldn't care less. More

Very friendly people. Pleasant to work with. Brought my car in for $500, 30,000 mile service. Asked for fix of a noise car was making. Noise was fixed but feel cost was high. I started working with Adam Hall when I went in for a test drive. He was very helpful and informative. When I explained what I was looking for, he showed me vehicles that fit the bill and did not try to test drive. He was very helpful and informative. He asked me all the questions he was required to but did not put undue pressure on me. Since I live about 50 miles from the dealership, I could only get into Columbia around 7 in the evening or later. Adam stayed late a couple of nights to ensure that I was taken care of. After I purchased the vehicle, Adam went over all of the details of the CX-5 so I would be safe and comfortable on the road. I would recommend Adam Hall to my friends and family. Thanks, Adam! More
