I brought my car in thinking that I was going to be spending several hundred dollars on service. I had been hearing a strange noise near the front axle. After inspecting my vehicle, I was delighted t spending several hundred dollars on service. I had been hearing a strange noise near the front axle. After inspecting my vehicle, I was delighted to hear that there was nothing major wrong with my car and it was just a simple fix. The shop knew I was prepared to spend a lot of money and instead of taking advantage of that, they were very honest and serviced my car for under $70. I have been to other shops and dealers who have taken advantage of me, but have never had a single issue with the Joe Machen's group. We have serviced three vehicles with them and recently bought a new Toyota from them. We will continue to be repeat customers. Thank you Joe Machens! More

It all started in January. We were getting ready to have a new baby, and currently had two kids already and a small car. We had decided to start looking for a larger vehicle as we new a small car and three a new baby, and currently had two kids already and a small car. We had decided to start looking for a larger vehicle as we new a small car and three children was going to be very uncomfortable for any kind of travel. We then started talking to Carrie and she said she would do what she could to get us into a vehicle we could not only afford, but would work for our expanding family. We looked at several vehicles, which me being very picky and my boyfriend picky as well made the challenge difficult for her, the first one she showed us was not right to mini van'ish. So she laughed it off with me and went on another journey to find us what we may want. Looked at couple other vehicles and finally in March we FINALLY settled on a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander. We finally found what we wante and we loved it. It took her several days a big fight to get the vehicle but she NEVER GAVE UP!!! She fought tooth and nail for us and got us that vehicle. We went and picked it up that day signed the papers and off we went. We have had the car for a few days now and we love it. Does everything we need it to and more. Overall experience was outstanding. Not so perfect credit but no one judge that everyone was helpful.
