I was at the beginning of my search and was all over the board. I wanted to test drive MANY cars to get a feel for what would work and what would not. He was happy to ride around with me (for hours) and arrange a string of vehicles from other JM locations for me to drive (and on short notice). He was a good listener and very kind. I enjoyed working with him and Sybil. The final negotiations were "the usual business," but it was professional and fair. Do your homework, know what your car is worth and ask to read the Carfax before starting the negotiation process. Also, their online ads are not accurate, so confirm what is written with the sticker and with your salesperson. All-in-all, I am a very satisfied customer who would certainly come back to a JM dealership. The finance manager is also a hoot, be sure to ask him about his Corvette stories. More

WOW!!!! first, went in just to claim a prize on a mailer i had... these guys worked for over 6 hours to help me get a newer car than i had. i had a 2000 ford first, went in just to claim a prize on a mailer i had... these guys worked for over 6 hours to help me get a newer car than i had. i had a 2000 ford Taurus that was in pretty bad shape, my credit was poor and was just starting a new job the next day. so 3 other dealerships ( i had tried in the past 5 months) turned me down, but the team at Joe Machens went to bat for me. the ratings i gave are due to the fact that i have NEVER been treated so well nor had a group of guys work so hard to help a complete stranger. I have made a promise to them and myself that i will never buy a car/truck form anyone other than Joe Machens! These guys have a customer for LIFE! More
