Just awsome! When I was looking for my next vehicle I stopped in to take a look at their inventory. After meeting Carrie, I told her what I was looking for. She went and brought out a few vehicles which were close to what I was wanting. After picking the few flaws that I did not like, she went and brought another vehicle to the front for me. It was almost as if she knew exactly what I wanted out of this vehicle. Upon purchasing the vehicle a few things were negotiated and later I came back to have them taken care of. While my car was in the shop the company provided me with a nice new Fiat 500 for the few days that it took. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was just like it needed to be. While I was up there this time I was interested in a few vehicles and it just happened that Carrie was there, even on her day off. Regardless she helped me and allowed me test drive a few vehicles which helped me decide that they were not the vehicle for me. I look forward to buying another vehicle from Carrie very soon and would recommend that anyone else in the market looking should come to her first and allow her to provide you with amazing service just as she did for me! More

Hopefully I haven't wasted my time with this review seeing as how Dealer Rater doesn't support or believe in my Constitutional rights to Free Speech; sad really. Review: My wife and I went to look for a Honda Accord. On the way to that dealership in Jeff City we decided to look at the '14 or '15 Mazda 6 so we went the extra 30 miles to Columbia from Lebanon, MO. We met with Carrie, very cool, and she showed us their entire inventory of Mazda 6's. The only one they had with the options we wanted was red and we didn't "love" the color. Instead of losing the business Carrie worked with Mr. Ulm and they put together an amazing deal that included our Mazda CX9 trade which enabled us to get into a 2014 Mazda 6 GT! Almost all the bells and whistles (and only minimal hail damage that we were informed of just before going back to Mr. Moore in Financing). Again, I can't complain about the deal we got up front it's the deal we got in the back that take this rating from a five to a 3.5-4 star. Take in mind now it's about 9:15 p.m. and we've been there since like 4:30 or so. Once back in Mr. Moore's office things went quick. He had the deal prepared and ready to sign; the quickest process I have ever been through. He was knowledgeable, professional and proficient. As Mr. Moore laid out the last bit of paperwork to sign he proceeded to break out this tri-fold brochure on the "warranty" and how awesome it is and what all it does and does not cover... My wife interrupted and asked if this was "extra" or "included in the price" he said it was not extra and it was included in the deal and continued. What we realized later was that we asked the wrong question. We should have asked if this was an aftermarket extended warranty or the Mazda factory warranty, our bad. So, here we are 1 hour and forty eight minutes from home, its 9:30 at night and we want to get on the road, so after a very brief discussion between my wife and I we decided not to deal with the drama and just agree to pay the extra $2595.00 for the extended warranty. End state, we could have said no and we didn't. It has been our experience that all aftermarket warranties are pretty terrible; hopefully Mr. Moore was right and this, particular company, was indeed better than the rest. Saving money was our goal, we spent more than we wanted to and bought an aftermarket warranty that we didn't need but the car is awesome, by far the nicest car we have owned. I've been driving it for 7 days now and I have been getting great MPG. I drive 80 highway and about 10-20 "city" miles a day. I put over 30,320 miles on my last car in 12 months to the day. As of today I have put 719 miles on the Mazda 6 GT and have Averaged 29.2 MPG a far cry from the advertised 40 but right on the numbers for the combined average. I would recommend this sales team to a friend because they really did hook me up with my trade. One last thing, Carrie wasn't able to get us the all-weather floor mats that night b/c the service Dept. was closed but as promised she had them shipped and they showed to my house one day later as promised! More

So i found myself with a new car that i was unsatisfied with. I found myself Liking what Mazda had to offer and chose to give Joe Machens Mazda a try. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was introduced to Carrie Price who would be my sales lady, Now I knew that having just bought a new car getting another loan may be a stretch but I wanted to try any how. I had a few cars on my list that I wanted to look at and Mrs.Price was more tan willing to show them to me when I found that I did not like the options that they had shown me Mrs.Price found me that car that I was wanting and even though It was a little more expensive she worked very hard to make an agreement with me and make the sale work for both party's. I also had Walter Moore as my finance officer and he was able to get me a smaller payment than I had originally agreed to and was very easy to work with. One last thing to mention is their soda fountain Its one of the new ones that has a billion drinks to chose from so even if you don't end up with new vehicle(not likely) you wont be thirsty when you leave. We are 360 miles away and we decided on calling Machens Mitsubishi. I have say right from the begininng I felt I was was being taken care of. First class treatment. The service person Dave Hern went out of his way to make my wife comfortable in dealing with the situation from miles away. Dave, I also deal with customers on a daily basis and my hat is off to you, job well done. You just landed a customer. We have many students from our area that attend Mizzou and I will now be recommending Machens for any new/used car purchase as well as their first rate service dept.
