Great Service!! We needed a 4x4 truck before Winter. We visited with Carrie Price and told her what we were looking for. We didn't walk away that day with a truck. Carrie continued to watch the inventory and found us our dream truck. She would text or call us and let us know they just got a truck in that fit our needs and our wants. She was determined to find us our dream truck and she did!!!! It was the "perfect" truck for us. Carrie went above and beyond to find that truck. She will do everything in her power to find you exactly what you want and stay in your price range. Once you work with Carrie - she won't just be your "salesperson", she will be your friend. First class dealership! I want to thank Robert Ridgeway and all of the other people who helped my family to be a Mazda family. My daughter researched and decided to purchase I want to thank Robert Ridgeway and all of the other people who helped my family to be a Mazda family. My daughter researched and decided to purchase a Mazda 6 in 2011. I was won over by the style and space her car offered and the gas mileage was impressive too. At the beginning of this year she had the car in for regular maintenance. While we waited we decided to look at the new models. We both fell in love with the style and options that the 2014 offered and she purchased her new Mazda 6 that same day from Robert. I was impressed with the quality of service and respect he gave her. Robert did not present a "buy right now" attitude which made the choice to proceed more comfortable. I was looking for a better option than my Ford Focus and wanted to buy a Mazda 6 but the only model that I liked was the blue 2015. It had all of the options I always wanted in a car, but I thought that it would be way too far out of my price range. Robert and the team at Mazda gave me a great price on my trade-in and the next day I went home the most beautiful car I have ever owned. I love this car! I am getting better gas mileage than my Focus ever had! My daughter and I are so pleased with Mazda that when my son was looking for a new car he went to the team at Joe Machens Mazda and purchased a Mazda 3. We are a happy Mazda family thanks to Robert Ridgeway and the other team members at JMAG!! Thanks guys! You are great and I recommend your dealership every chance I get! As an added note...My oldest son (who lives in Sydney Australia) saw the three cars in a photo of the family which was posted to Face Book and he said that he was in the process of purchasing the very same Mazda 6 as mine. Now that all three of my children and myself own a Mazda, we are a true Mazda family! More
2013 Mazda3 A big thank you to Robert, he was so kind when I called and asked him if they would have time to sheck my cd player since I was out running errands, A big thank you to Robert, he was so kind when I called and asked him if they would have time to sheck my cd player since I was out running errands, after telling him the day before I wouldn't have time before next week, so took it in at 10:30, I pulled up Robert came out to greet me and they took my car over to the service dept, not only checking my cd player but checked everything on my car, I ended up replacing a filter while there, Robert took me over to my car while it was in the shop and I met Dean, service tech working on my car, very nice friendly and a very caring person, I have a cd player on order! after replacing the filter Dean brougtht my old filter over to show me it was bad, wow,that was a first! these people are definitely customer orientated!! Everyone I have met in service is excellent, they are all KEEPERS! thanks again Robert, Dean and Chuck More

Most Amazing Car Purchase We Ever Made!Thanks Carrie & Rick! I was just looking to get an idea about our next Mazda purchase..."kickin' tires", as they say. We were blest to have Carrie Price and Rick Blank "tag I was just looking to get an idea about our next Mazda purchase..."kickin' tires", as they say. We were blest to have Carrie Price and Rick Blank "tag team" with us to provide an amazing experience! Carrie Price met me in the lot and began to get a feel for what we were looking for. I noticed there were no prices on the used lot cars. She mentioned they were on the internet. So I went home and strolled online. I was immediately struck with a Mazda3 that I saw that had excellent Gas mileage, great body style and color and low miles. Th next morning we were on our way out of town, but wanted to stop by for a test drive. Al Morgan got us connected with Rick Blank as Carrie was not in yet. From the moment we got in the car I knew we were hooked. Rick gave us all the particulars about the car as we drove along. When we returned Rick graciously led us to Carrie who was waiting to bring us in for a debrief. We filled out the paperwork and got the "Green Light" Then the FUN began... Carrie and Rick worked beautifully in tandem to get everything done quickly and efficiently...We were going to be able to leave town in our new Mazda3. Carrie was wonderful talking us through the "ins and outs" of our new car, while Rick got the car prepped for our trip to Cape in short order. Al Morgan was cordial as he graciously oversaw all the details. Walter Moore quickly and efficiently finalized the contracts. It was an amazing TEAM effort!! More

TERRIBLE buying experience To be clear...my review is for the Sales team, NOT for the Service department, The service people I worked with were EXCELLENT, friendly and just over To be clear...my review is for the Sales team, NOT for the Service department, The service people I worked with were EXCELLENT, friendly and just overall provided amazing support and customer service...the reason I became so well acquainted with the Service dept was b/c they were working to correct a mistake a Sales Manager had made. I was sold the WRONG car, the deal was worked out over the phone, when I got to the lot and signed the paperwork, and THEN shown the vehicle I didn't notice that it was the wrong trim level. Then days later I realized I was sold a sport and not an "i" model of the new Mazda 3. For the past 6 months now since buying the car I have been trying to work out a deal with the Sales department to make it right. The difference in "value" is only about $1000-$1200, at first Machens installed after market back up sensors to make up the difference...but they never worked and had to be removed, then when asked again what would be done to fix the problem...no answer was given. Still no answer, waiting to hear from someone about what is going to be done... I LOVE my new Mazda 3, but I had quite possibly the worst buying experience ever. I will NEVER go to another Machens again, I'd rather pay MSRP and go anywhere else in the state. They do NOT need your business, and they will make you feel VERY UNIMPORTANT. These guys are huge and do not care about their customers, let alone after the sale. This review is my last line of defense since they do not care about trying to make things right anymore...STAY AWAY!!!! More
