Best Experience Ever Buying a Car After months of looking for a Mazda3 for my wife, I found a couple I was interested in on Autotrader. Unfortunately I went to the wrong Dealership fi After months of looking for a Mazda3 for my wife, I found a couple I was interested in on Autotrader. Unfortunately I went to the wrong Dealership first. After the scathing review I gave them, I won't mention their name, but they were unwilling to work with me in making a deal. Anyway, after walking out of the "Other Dealership", I called John Trimble right there in the parking lot. I talked to him the evening before about the other Mazda3 I had found. It was like night and day working with John than the "Other Guys". Since the Mazda3 I was interested in was a fresh trade-in, and the car hadn't been detailed yet, John sent a new 2014 Mazda3 down for my wife to drive until they could get the other one to us. Now that's what I call Customer Service! John was great to work with and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. Same goes for Al Morgan, who I also dealt with. Because of you guys, I will definitely be back in the future to buy another car, and I would highly recommend talking with John Trimble and Al Morgan. Thanks again guys, my family and I are looking forward to cruising around and taking trips in our 2012 Mazda3. More

I couldn't make up my mind so I left. I found out that the new ones wouldn't be in till July of 2015. John respected that I needed time to think and gave me the time to do my own research. I called him and they found exactly what I wanted - a silver hardtop automatic. I used a pricing system which made it very easy to negotiate and felt that the price was fair for everyone. Made Our Car Buying Experience Fun My husband and I were in the market for a slightly used Ford Explorer, and Joe Machens Auto Group was recommended to us by a neighbor (Tony's daughter My husband and I were in the market for a slightly used Ford Explorer, and Joe Machens Auto Group was recommended to us by a neighbor (Tony's daughter). When we went in to the dealership, Tony set us up with our salesman Robert Ridgeway. Even though, he doesn't typically deal with Ford Explorers, Robert tracked down exactly what we were looking for - a super nice, 2013 black Ford Explorer Sport. The only thing missing was a moonroof, but Robert made that happen. My husband and I like to joke around A LOT and give people (especially car salesmen) a hard time, and Robert took it all in stride and joked around with us too. Robert and Steve Davidson (in finance) actually made the entire process of choosing a car, financing a car, etc., a fun (and funny) process. Plus, we love our Explorer! Robert at JMAG took great care of us! I would highly recommend him, no matter what type of car you are looking for. He will absolutely be our go-to guy for any future car purchases. More
