When it came time to sign papers, Jermaine explained what I was signing. I saw hail marks the next day that I had not been aware of but they would not have changed my mind about buying the vehicle. When it came time to sign final paperwork, Carrie stayed until I was finished & the next day when I came to pick it up, Carrie was the one who went to the main building to spin the wheel of prizes. That woman deserves a raise! Also, the service is done quickly and efficiently. I love the fact that they have a FREE shuttle to take you wherever you may want to go while waiting for your vehicle to be service! And at the end of your service, they also wash and vacuum your vehicle for FREE! All around excellent service facility. I drive 30 miles just to get my vehicle serviced here. Highly recommended!
