Service Visit I was in on July 16th for my first service on my Mazda CX-5. Michelle was wonderful to deal with. All my issues were taken care of. I had some issues with my navigation system freezing up. They did a new download and everything seems to be fine now.I also wanted to get my tires balanced and rotated and Michelle got me a coupon to use to make it the overall bill cheaper. Joe Machens Mazda I went to Joe Machens Automotive Group this week to look at a Mazda CX-5 because I was unhappy with the re-design of my 2014 Toyota RAV4. All the resources I read online about the Mazda CX-5 were positive. Skylar Young was my salesperson at JMAG. He listened to what I was looking for in a compact SUV and did not try to oversell the Mazda CX-5 to me. I was very happy because Skylar heard what I was saying regarding my less is more philosphy in terms of car sales. He found the exact vehicle I wanted. Skylar & the wonderful staff at JMAG helped me in getting a new 2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport SUV in a matter of a couple of hours that included test driving to financing.
