A unexpected experience I recently bought a Mazda Touring CX5 AWD from Joe Machens Mazda. The car in question was always this model in new condition and I was going back and I recently bought a Mazda Touring CX5 AWD from Joe Machens Mazda. The car in question was always this model in new condition and I was going back and fourth with them for two months on the price, but the GM finally came around with an offer. I am located 2hrs away so for me I had to be sure in order to go there. Withing the text there was a mix up, where the GM was offering a Touring AWD CX5 with 2400 miles for a price cut, however the car which I was looking at with the Vin# that was sent from him, was a new car. So I didn't find out that his deal was for the one with miles until I got there. I was furious bu the manager made me another offer, for a car with 124miles, which is sill new since it has not passed a 500mile threshold.The GM could have backed out and tried to stiff us if he wanted to but he played smart to sell a car and earn a customer instead. These people will treat you fair even if there's a mix up like the one in my case. More

Great customer service & turn around! I called to make an appointment for service of my Mazda and made that appointment with Michelle. I was going to drop my car off overnight so they had I called to make an appointment for service of my Mazda and made that appointment with Michelle. I was going to drop my car off overnight so they had it the next morning to work on. I took it in the day before my appointment after 1pm and Michelle had them working on it and a call to me not long after I got back to work. My car was ready by 4:30pm that day, all on the day prior to my appointment. I appreciated the prompt service! Michelle was pleasant, professional, and just all around great to work with! Thank you! Machens experience #1: A dealership I could do business with My daughter was in town and wanted to look at vehicles for possible purchase in the future. It was a hot day. HOT. We pulled up to Machens Mitsu/Mazda My daughter was in town and wanted to look at vehicles for possible purchase in the future. It was a hot day. HOT. We pulled up to Machens Mitsu/Mazda/Fiat and Robert Ridgeway came out to greet us before we even got up to the door. A very personable guy; he asked how he could help us. We told him that my daughter would like to drive a Fiat 500L, but was not planning to purchase at this time. He had no problem with this, took us in, and asked for her drivers license. We chose a yellow 500L to drive, but it unfortunately was out of gas. Robert apologized, quickly got the keys for a gray one, and we started it up, mostly for the air conditioning. Robert was patient while my daughter became familiarized with everything in the drivers seat. She probably too a little longer than most people, but she wanted to be familiar with the car. Through the whole time, Robert was cordial, answered questions confidently, and occasionally made my daughter laugh. During the drive, he stressed the safety features of the 500L, and even took her to a less-traveled road so she could do some quick panic stops. He also indulged her in letting her find a parking lot to check the turning radius, which is very good. One thing he did that was quite endearing is that he had her go past a bank of businesses with reflective windows so she could see what she looked like driving the car! A nice, personable touch. When we returned, he brought us water, and we sat as he and Al Morgan, the manager on duty, checked on incentives. We were never alone for more than five minutes, and they honored our time. My daughter did not want to give out her phone number or email (they already had her address from the license), and they did not push that. Even though she did not leave purchasing a car, she left with a good experience from people who treated her with respect. I would gladly do business with these people. More
