Consistently Good Service! Set up my 25K Maintenance recently as we work going out of town to Des Moines last weekend. Michelle Sexton cordially greeted as she always does. She processed my order very quickly annd asked if I needed a ride or would I wait. I needed to get to work so she quickly arranged for a "Courtesy Van" take me to work. The driver was very personable we had a good conversation. I did receive a call from Michelle after I reached work to say there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. After hearing of them, I gave her the go ahead for the work. Upon my arrival I was fully reprised of all the work and was quickly on my way. I am very pleased to say that with the service dept at my dealership, I never have to worry about surprises.Thanks to you all for the great and consistent service! More

Unethical Business Practices Do NOT use these guys. My wife cosigned for her brother, they switched the signatures and told her brother that it's ok to sign for my wife. Now she i Do NOT use these guys. My wife cosigned for her brother, they switched the signatures and told her brother that it's ok to sign for my wife. Now she is stuck with the payments as primary borrower and has to foot the sales tax too. When we spoke with the dealer, they said it's not their problem and they can do that! Any correspondence that we had either by phone or email was very condescending and belittling towards my wife and her brother and no willingness to assist with "our" problem. This will probably get screened and never get posted but we have to warn others until our lawyers are done with their work. More

We called since we were an hour more out of town to verify they still had it & verified the price. It was after 6:30p when we arrived and the car was washed and ready for us to drive. Scott Weaver was very thorough & knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with him in the whole process. It also was a pleasure working with his Manager, Al Morgan. Brian, in the finance area was very nice, too. We had one of the best experiences in a long time in buying a car, even though it was past closing time when everything was finished. . The little extras like a full tank of gas and programming my phone with the bluetooth meant a lot to us. I would definitely recommend Scott, Al, & this dealership. More
