These people mislead me through incompetence (promising features I desired, leading me on) to sign for a lesser trim while paying a higher, premium price for my vehicle. When inquiring about their error th features I desired, leading me on) to sign for a lesser trim while paying a higher, premium price for my vehicle. When inquiring about their error they immediately closed my file without even calling me back. Now I'm stuck paying thousands more for a lesser trim I don't even want bevause of this Claremont dealership. New dealership and new non-Mazda employees who can't differentiate between the different trims and their functionalities. Go to a trusted veteran dealership instead before these people confuse themselves and mislead you too. More
