Their management made promises they couldn't keep, and then after signing a contract told me by company policy they could not sell me the car. This was also after they confirmed they could deliver me the car. The salesmen I worked with were helpful, but this failure is definitely with management. Instead of helping me reach a solution after admitting they messed up the paperwork, they just offered me a higher trim at a higher price - absolutely no deal or help. Their finance manager was also really aggressive after we turned down the extended warranty and just tried to get us out her office. She kept telling us we made a big mistake and commented on how irrespensible we were being. Definitely not a customer-service driven business More
