Mazda of Bourbonnais

I took my car here for an oil change, only to have my check engine light come on later that day. I took it to another shop where they told me the first shop (Mercedes Benz of Bourbonnais) had significant check engine light come on later that day. I took it to another shop where they told me the first shop (Mercedes Benz of Bourbonnais) had significantly over filled my oil and stripped the plug - which was perfectly fine before I took it in. After playing phone tag with this shop and its management, they refused to reimburse me for the oil change that they messed up. Claiming that I should have brought it back to the shop, and that they would've paid for the tow truck to take my car in since driving it would cause damage to the engine. If the shop can't get an oil change right, or even reimburse me for doing it wrong, I have no reason to trust them to fix the problem. I would not bring my car here again. More

This was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
