Herbert was wonderful. He saw me looking at cars as he was driving through the lot and asked if I needed help. We took several test drives since I had never driven a Mazda before. I was trying to decide between several other SUV brands and took a couple days to decide. Once I felt ready to decide on the Mazda, Herbert put together a plan that met my needs. He also took the time to educate me about my new SUV.
