Just a follow-up. Yesterday, I called asking how do I reset my radio (bluetooth & Pandora were grayed-out) that stopped working while at the Lodi dealership. I specifi Yesterday, I called asking how do I reset my radio (bluetooth & Pandora were grayed-out) that stopped working while at the Lodi dealership. I specifically asked if disconnecting the battery would solve the radio issue. After 3+ minutes on hold, the person at the service desk said that I'd need to bring my car to run a diagnostic on the radio, and the diagnostic would cost $100. I came home, disconnected the battery, re-connected the battery and my radio is back to normal. That is the kind of stuff that will go into deciding where to take my car for it's next service. You guys were great, but the radio answer negated last Wednesday's goodwill. More
The servicing was good, but you did not honor your verbal agreement to enter me into the loyalty program when I scheduled my first appointment back on Sept 29. The service rep insisted that I was only eligible for the first oil change free, but that is not what the terms of the loyalty program offered - free oil change, free inspection and free car wash for as long as I own/lease the car.
