Also had salespeople steal each others deals and pretend other people had recently been fired. Finally, had a salesman by the name of Joe beg me to meet at a set out the door price on a specific VIN, only to have me agree and then have him change the car AND the price once I got in. Avoid this place like the plague. No wonder they're the only dealership around who can't seem to sell any of their cars... More
I don’t feel that I was treated fairly and honestly. I made an appointment. 1.5 hours waiting and waiting for them to diagnose a ‘brake malfunction’ issue which I think automatically came up at around 3 I made an appointment. 1.5 hours waiting and waiting for them to diagnose a ‘brake malfunction’ issue which I think automatically came up at around 30,000 miles. The light kept coming on and beeping at me so I decided to check it out. (My mechanic had told me there was no issue with the brakes.) No reason to take that long for a diagnostic testing. This dealership recommended a brake flush claiming this was a necessary item to get done immediately. When I declined because of the time constraint (was in middle of a work day), 20 minutes later before they released the car they said oh the diagnostic guy wants to get paid for his time like $185 but if you do the brake flush then you’ll only pay for that (like $250!) and we will waive the diagnostic fee. So what am I supposed to do then- they are holding my car hostage and if I come back or go to a different mechanic and there is indeed a brake fluid issue then who knows what I’ll end up paying. So they did the work (ANOTHER half hour) which is $60 of fluid and what they claim is $189 for labor which is baloney because they work on other cars while working on mine just to charge the fee. What a waste of my time 2+ hours. They tried selling me other expensive services which I declined. I will never come back here and also will never lease a Mazda again. Too many complaints over 2 years I’ve had this vehicle. More
