Shortly after dropping my car off at service for a scheduled oil change, I was waiting in their customer area, and I got a text that they wanted to buy the car as the demand was high. Their offer was scheduled oil change, I was waiting in their customer area, and I got a text that they wanted to buy the car as the demand was high. Their offer was substantially lower than what CarMax had offered me the day before. They asked to match the offer. They ended up not matching it, which was OK since CarMax bought the car the next day. I was given a completion estimate of 10:00-10:15. At 11:05 I went back to the service desk and asked if it was done. I was informed it was done at 10:15, but that "sales" told them to wait until they were "finished" with me. So I set there waiting needlessly for 50 minutes. More

I had a problem with my infotainment system and the service writer, Dalton was helpful and explained everything in layman’s terms. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Dealership is clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the gentleman at the service counter. He seemed to challenge me with each statement I made....even seemed annoyed when I a I was disappointed with the gentleman at the service counter. He proceeded to do it for me, but said he had no additional window cleaner. I did not believe that was true. I did not believe I was asking too much. I travel a distance to go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, but I may be rethinking that in the future. More
