We came in for scheduled service on my husband's Mazda3 and walked out that day with a brand new Mazda CX-90. All I can say is what a great experience! The service department is always top-notch every time we walk in!! Ozzie, Dalton and most recently Christian have helped us and you could not find a higher level of Customer Care and focus. We love the fact the mechanic sends a video and covers what's been checked on the vehicle and what is recommended. They're always clear about any additional repairs your vehicle may need and provide an estimate for you to sign before they continue the work. Now, let me mention sales. We were there on 10/21/23 and the sales department was busy! There were so many customers, but we went up to the desk and asked if we could test drive a car they had Nelson help us within minutes! After the test drive, we knew we were hooked! We started the credit application process while Nelson multi-tasked to help other customers who were waiting. His manager, Austin Oliver, jumped in to assist and worked on our numbers for trade-In. I was really impressed with the level of service and attention received when the place was clearly slammed with people! Our last step was to complete paperwork with the finance manager, Aleena Perryman. Being she was the only finance specialist in the office that day, we had a few customers in front of us. With clear communication that it may be an hour or so, we were able to leave, grab some dinner and come back to finish up our paperwork. Aleena was such a sweetheart and trooper....genuine and friendly after an endless stream of customers. It was a long day for us too, but the entire Mazda Lakeland team makes it a joy to be there and really understands the importance of the entire Customer Experience! More

This was an excellent first new car buying experience. Brian was by no means pushy at all. Worst experience I've had in my 10 years of getting service here. Tech was either unresponsive to text or it took several hours for a response. Had my car for a week and could not get a loaner. If they had told me what the plan was initially I would I have waited, instead I had to rent a car. In the end they basically state we don't know what's wrong so buy a new engine and tires for 17k. Will NOT be coming back again as they clearly don't value my loyalty or patronage. More
