Had a bad battery and brought in for Mazda to replace. Christain looked up when the battery was replaced by Mazda a few years back. After putting in the new battery Christain came to the waiting area an Christain looked up when the battery was replaced by Mazda a few years back. Don't use their service center. Last year I paid $200 for detail inside and out and they only vacuumed it and washed the outside but none of my mats were cleaned or even moved there Last year I paid $200 for detail inside and out and they only vacuumed it and washed the outside but none of my mats were cleaned or even moved there was lots of dirt and sand under my mats. They refused to do it again correctly before I left. The biggest thing is that every time which is about 3 times my SUV came back with bad scratches and some were deep and some on the plastic parts too where they drove it and scraped it up bad. In July, August, and September 2023 Mazda has had my car in service. These times I have gotten my car back it has came back with scratches and some are long. I told them about the first 2 times and they blew me off. They had my car up to 4 or 5 weeks at one point. This last time I finally got my car back again for the third time of it not being completely fixed from the first 2 times and they had my car 2 or 3 weeks then when I went to pick it up on September 5th they told me they didn't fix it. I asked why they didn't call me sooner and he just looked at me then said they called a Mazda inspector which didn't even come out to look at my car. When I picked up my car it had a major chemical smell very very strong and I told him about it and then when I saw all the stuff on my seat that won't come out. He ignored me and I went back outside to my car and looked around and it had a LOT of scratches and a few very deep ones and I told the lady about it and she said yes it happens all the time there. I asked who I think might be the service manager to come out and look and he wouldn't at first til I really started to get mad and he literally fast walked around my car didn't even look at the scratches, wouldn't smell the inside or look at the seat. I have pics by the way. I want them to fix all these scratches and marks they put on my car. I know for a fact they did it cause it was hand washed the day before. They argue with me treat me like garbage and I have talked to the dealership manager and she has done nothing even after seeing the pics and said she would get back with me and I haven't heard from her since September and I have called and left messages and they ALL keep ignoring me. I want my car fixed. They refuse to fix it and even reported to Better Business Bureau and they even ignored them. DO NOT GO THERE. More
