Staff are very helpful. They updated me during the service process. They even included a video of what they have done to my car and explained what they have diagnosed. The mechanic even went with me for a drive to help diagnose the problem. Juan is a great help and even informed me that I can give him a call as to the status of my car. Aldel is the mechanic, and he is very helpful in explaining his diagnosis during the test drive. The garage shop is very clean and well organize. The waiting room is very clean, and they even provided refreshment (coffee and water). A vending machine is available for a quick snack while waiting. These guys really take care of their Mazda family. Nice dealer and great job. Thanks. Love my Mazda CX30. More

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took three hours. When I checked in the service writer scrolled through the screens, I initialed the screens. Total was to be $119. Three hours la It took three hours. When I checked in the service writer scrolled through the screens, I initialed the screens. Total was to be $119. Three hours later when car was ready the cost was $135. I asked what that included. He said tire rotation and oil change. I said I never authorized tire rotation, I have new tires with lifetime rotation free. He said at the time appt was booked it also included tire rotation. I did not book a tire rotation and I booked the appt with the person who checked me out. I was the person that booked the appt and he was the person I booked it with. Last oil change my husband took my car there. It took him over 2 1/2 hour as well. He was furious. My warranty will be over by the next oil change due. I will NOT be back. More
