I decided to visit some other dealerships and found my experience and their pricing to be no where near the level of service and competitive pricing I found at Ed Morse Mazda. I came back to Ed Morse Mazda to buy my car. They were able to get me out the door with a car I loved, at a price I was happy with, and service that rivaled all of their competitors. More

I came just to look, not really negotiate and felt pressured. One of my biggest weaknesses is just that and it was taken advantage of. I just wanted to say thank you for the great job your team did. I've owned a good number of cars but this was the first time I purchased one from a dealer, and brand new at that. I always hated the fact team did. I've owned a good number of cars but this was the first time I purchased one from a dealer, and brand new at that. I always hated the fact that every dealership I went to I was bombarded by salesmen when I was just there to look around and if I was interested in a car they would go back and forth playing the numbers game. I LOVED the fact that I could walk up and look at the cars without being swarmed by a team of salesmen. Robert Works came out and gave me some info about the car, I told him I was still deciding between the MazdaSpeed and a Subaru so I wasn't ready to purchase yet and without hesitation he said "I'll go grab the keys and we can take this for a test drive." I knew when I got back to the dealership that it was the car for me. I gave Robert a number that I wanted to be out the door at (and told him I knew it wasn't possible) but he said he would see what he could do. When he came back with $800 over my price I was absolutely shocked... Not only that but he didn't try to play any games, he gave me the out the door price straight up. I must say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car and anyone I know looking for a Mazda will sure get an earful from me on how great your team is. I would also like to personally thank Robert, he was extremely helpful and professional. Robert is the perfect example of how all car salesmen should be! Great team you have there and I am glad I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted without any hassle. More
