I got conflicting information in the past, but he was able to confirm that it was because he put me in touch with Gary Parson. I liked that Jerry reviewed what I had been told and took the time to find out once and for all if my car was covered. I am very appreciative that "he went the extra mile" for me. The technicians know the mx5 inside and out and I wouldn't trust any old mechanic to work on mine. They always remember me by name and make me feel very welcome. The sales team are also a group of great people. Never pressuring or aggressive. I actually love hanging around the sales floor and talking Mazda with the employees while my car is being serviced. Above and beyond I bought my Mazda at another dealership and ended up not liking their service department so I checked out Mazda. I love Mazdas service department! I'v I bought my Mazda at another dealership and ended up not liking their service department so I checked out Mazda. I love Mazdas service department! I've taken my car in several times for oil changes, new tires, new keys made, they let me know when there is a recall. They went above and beyond this past week when my rear differential went. They made sure I got the best price, got me and my toddler a ride home, called to make sure the rental company picked me up. As always they kept me updated through the whole process. I'm always happy with the service that I get and will definitely go back and in the future use them for purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Jerry and Phill in the service department for all of your help!
