I drove 280 miles from Tallahassee to Lakeland just to purchase the vehicle because not only they provided the best price but most Efficient and Quality Service at the Vehicle Delivery and during the paperwork process. This was unfortunately not a great experience. First when running my credit for the loan they ran it with about 6-7 different banks to get me the best rate which put 6 hard hits on my credit. . I physically showed them my credit score Before they ran my credit. You would think as professionals they would have experience in the lenders they work with to know which lender they should move you forward with. Secondly, during the purchase process of buying a used car the sales associate stated the car would come with a 90 day warranty as they would replace or fix any issues with OEM parts to ensure I have the best experience. Immediately the car had an issue with the Bluetooth which many people use today as a hands free option in keeping themselves safe while driving. They were very understanding and worked with me to get the issue resolved and part replaced with the OEM dealer. During my visit I expressed issues with the cruise control and the dealer did confirm the issue however Mazda refused to cover the expense. The second issue that came about was the muffler as it broke within the first 90 days. The service manager took the car to a local muffler shop and had it fixed but not OEM as they initially stated when selling the car. When I mentioned this to the shop manager he said it was too expensive to replace with OEM and he felt the way the muffler shop repaired it was better than having the OEM muffler fixed and replaced. I didn’t argue because the job was already done. I also spoke to the GM Sophia and explained my issues with the remaining problems such as the cruise control, and rear camera. She was kind enough to get me another appointment with her team however the team stated everything was working at that moment and they couldn’t do anything. Once I returned home the issue immediately started again and at this point I was exhausted I. Trying to get them to support me and not getting anywhere as the dealership is 45 min away from me. The issues still remain and Sophia reached out to see how I was doing. I explained my frustration with the experience and the end result was “I’m sorry I can’t help you. You should take it to the dealer.” This is not a way to build relationships with clientele not to provide customer service. This dealership will tell you anything to get you into a car but won’t follow through on the support they promised. Sadly enough I will never be purchasing a car from them again nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone... More
