I went last week for first time to service my car. I was able to make the appointment and it was easy. When I arrived to the dealer, a lady came out to take my car information and the paperwork. I don’t kno able to make the appointment and it was easy. When I arrived to the dealer, a lady came out to take my car information and the paperwork. I don’t know if all the dealer should do the same but I used to get notifications via text (including a video) with updates of all the works the mechanics do and a video with a visual inspection. I strong recommend this dealership to do that to keep inform the customer. It’s really nice to see and feel they are taking care. But overall everything was good. More
