You are informed about what's happening every step of the way. I love the video inspection of your vehicle - that's one thing which is just wonderful. Usually after the appointment my car has just a mediocre wash and cleaning. Well not here - it was SUPER duper clean both inside and out. Because of how dirty it was inside I was going to hit the car wash that same day. Well I didn't even need to wash or clean it myself this time. The final bill was even much lower than anticipated, which surprised me to say the least.
