I have never seen a business that charges so much but treats its consumers so poorly. I scheduled my service to ensure I could wait at the dealership, and I was quite precise about the services I need treats its consumers so poorly. I scheduled my service to ensure I could wait at the dealership, and I was quite precise about the services I need, in my case a basic OIL change and replacement of a non-functioning headlight. Not only are they attempting to push for more services that I have already stated that I do not require because it was completed a week ago. They had me wait 5 hours before telling me that the light was functioning and the fault was with the fuse, and they want to charge me $300 for services. I like Mazda cars, but this type of dealer is hurting the brand, and I was considering purchasing another vehicle. I will never, ever return to this location for service or to purchase a vehicle. I will drive to Orlando or Tampa when I need service, and I will consider other brands for my next purchase, and especially the online purchase. I hope this can help some customers out there. More

Just purchased a 2023 CX-50 from Derek Levin at Mazda Lakeland. First, Derek was amazing to deal with, from start to finish. I drove 55 miles to Mazda Lakeland because of Derek, because of the inventory, and because they charge flat msrp with no mark ups and only $799.99 dealer fee. I saved at least $2,000 by driving to Lakeland, and peace of mind knowing I wasn't completely stressed out when I left. I highly recommend Derek and Mazda Lakeland! More

Looking for a new vehicle doesn’t have to be difficult any more. We started off visiting our local dealerships to test drive a few different vehicles and narrowed it down to two. When we started talking to the sales person we began to realize that they were not completely truthful. We decided to leave and to check online for the vehicle we chose. We contacted Lakeland Mazda the following day and Brian quickly got back to us with the specifics of the vehicle we were interested in. He gave us a price that was thousands less than our local dealership. Brian told us the price included everything and was the price we would be paying. We were a little skeptical since this is what most dealers tell you only to surprise you with more fees when it comes time to sign paperwork. Lakeland is a no haggle dealership where sales associates don’t get a commission to sell you some you don’t want or need, but are paid to provide a great experience. Every interaction we had with Brian prior to arriving at the dealership made us more complete with trusting Lakeland Mazda and Brian. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions and even took a video both inside and outside the vehicle to show us options etc. Lakeland Mazda was a 2 hour drive for us but we felt much more comfortable dealing with them vs our local dealership that was only 20 minutes away. I can’t say enough about how friendly everyone at the dealership was and how comfortable they made us feel. From Austin and Aleena in finance to to Austin in sales and our personal sales associate Brian. They were all great and made us feel like we we were part of their “family”. The final sales price was exactly as quoted with no surprise, the service was beyond what we expected and the experience was great. Was it worth the 4+ hours of driving to purchase our new CX-9 at Lakeland Mazda you ask? Absolutely!! As a matter of fact, I would drive twice as far and they have earned my business for all my future Mazda purchases. More
