I always use the dealership for service. They have been great to me. Recently I was in for service and they were very confused. I was getting a simple oil change. They quoted me for 3,100.00 They have been great to me. Recently I was in for service and they were very confused. I was getting a simple oil change. They quoted me for 3,100.00 in repairs. From struts to new tires to filters. When I spoke to the service department they assured me that the vehicle needed these repairs. I then explained 4 days ago I put new tires on. 2 days ago I changed both air filters. Then understanding there was confusion they stated they had the wrong vehicle. I had a 9am appointment for oil change and this was 10:30 now. By 11:30 I again asked for a status of my vehicle. Confusion again. He stated he was "Not sure where my vehicle was." After a walk to the garage he realised my vehicle had not yet been in for service. I didn't get my vehicle out of service till after 12:30. Very disappointed with the service department. They seemed very confused and a little "put out" with me asking so many questions. I hope it's a one off event. More

I have never seen a business that charges so much but treats its consumers so poorly. I scheduled my service to ensure I could wait at the dealership, and I was quite precise about the services I need treats its consumers so poorly. I scheduled my service to ensure I could wait at the dealership, and I was quite precise about the services I need, in my case a basic OIL change and replacement of a non-functioning headlight. Not only are they attempting to push for more services that I have already stated that I do not require because it was completed a week ago. They had me wait 5 hours before telling me that the light was functioning and the fault was with the fuse, and they want to charge me $300 for services. I like Mazda cars, but this type of dealer is hurting the brand, and I was considering purchasing another vehicle. I will never, ever return to this location for service or to purchase a vehicle. I will drive to Orlando or Tampa when I need service, and I will consider other brands for my next purchase, and especially the online purchase. I hope this can help some customers out there. More

Just purchased a 2023 CX-50 from Derek Levin at Mazda Lakeland. First, Derek was amazing to deal with, from start to finish. Mazda Lakeland and Derek were amazing, and I was in and out in 2 hours total. My wife Deanna loves her new car, and when she's happy I'm happy. I drove 55 miles to Mazda Lakeland because of Derek, because of the inventory, and because they charge flat msrp with no mark ups and only $799.99 dealer fee. I saved at least $2,000 by driving to Lakeland, and peace of mind knowing I wasn't completely stressed out when I left. I highly recommend Derek and Mazda Lakeland! More
