David Glover is extremely helpful and knows that I want what I want, and he'll find the correct vehicles for me, and get them to the dealers quickly. Shortly after dropping my car off at service for a scheduled oil change, I was waiting in their customer area, and I got a text that they wanted to buy the car as the demand was high. Their offer was scheduled oil change, I was waiting in their customer area, and I got a text that they wanted to buy the car as the demand was high. Their offer was substantially lower than what CarMax had offered me the day before. They asked to match the offer. They ended up not matching it, which was OK since CarMax bought the car the next day. I was given a completion estimate of 10:00-10:15. At 11:05 I went back to the service desk and asked if it was done. I was informed it was done at 10:15, but that "sales" told them to wait until they were "finished" with me. So I set there waiting needlessly for 50 minutes. More
I had a problem with my infotainment system and the service writer, Dalton was helpful and explained everything in layman’s terms. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My system was repaired and my car was cleaned inside and out. My only issue is the bubbles remaining on my screen similar to a phone’s screen protector. My experience was a good one and I would definitely recommend them. More
