People who work there are the best. Very polite. However the communication needs a lot of work. Took 4 days to have breaks and rotors put on. Called to see if my car was ready and they Very polite. Two hours later I had to call them. If you spend 1600$ on your car they should call you with the repair prices- not send a text message. And no free car wash coupon. More

I have to say, trading in our old vehicle and coming out with a brand new Mazda was simply flawless! My family worked with David as we were comparing a few of the vehicles that we were interested in, allowi with a brand new Mazda was simply flawless! My family worked with David as we were comparing a few of the vehicles that we were interested in, allowing us to explore the vehicles ourselves, though close enough to answer any questions we may have had, never trying to force sell us on anything! Once we picked the one we wanted, a new CX-90, we talked about what we were looking for with financing, and after he ran the numbers, gave us a head up on a discount that Mazda was offering if we leased instead of bought, saving us close to 40% on the monthly payments! And the awesome experience did not end there! When it came time to speak with Aleena, the finance manager, she listened first about what extras we were interested instead of trying to tell us the things we needed and, because of that, happily added a couple of extras like a service plan! I look forward to visiting them again each time we take our new vehicle in for service as well as when it comes time to replace our other vehicle. The experience has given Mazda in Lakeland a new lifelong customers. Thank you so very much! More

David Glover is extremely helpful and knows that I want what I want, and he'll find the correct vehicles for me, and get them to the dealers quickly. Shortly after dropping my car off at service for a scheduled oil change, I was waiting in their customer area, and I got a text that they wanted to buy the car as the demand was high. Their offer was scheduled oil change, I was waiting in their customer area, and I got a text that they wanted to buy the car as the demand was high. Their offer was substantially lower than what CarMax had offered me the day before. They asked to match the offer. They ended up not matching it, which was OK since CarMax bought the car the next day. I was given a completion estimate of 10:00-10:15. At 11:05 I went back to the service desk and asked if it was done. I was informed it was done at 10:15, but that "sales" told them to wait until they were "finished" with me. So I set there waiting needlessly for 50 minutes. More
