I had a broken tailight on my 2020 CX-5. Meghan quoted me about $800 plus tax. I found the part on line for $190. I asked Meghan if they could install it for me if I brought them my part. I found a video that showed me how to change it. It took me 6 minutes. Literally. And the new part is identical to the broken part, down to the writing on the back. I have 2 Mazdas that I have been servicing with you religiously. I will think twice about returning. You should be trying to help out your customers, and not try to make every last dollar from them.
