In the example of going above and beyond the call of duty, Justin drove my new car to Hertz rent a car to turn in my rental and patiently waited for me for the return ride back to Premier Mazda. Also, with an initial failed inspection of my new car (due to newness of battery), he took the time to drive my car back to my place of work and ensured my new car keys were safely delivered to me after drop-off. Premier Mazda is truly fortunate to have Justin in their fold. I was also touched with a personal "Thank You" note from Justin with a scratch ticket enclosed.
