All about me! It was all about the customer, me! My husband and I had spent time trying different cars, different dealerships, with different sales staff. By day It was all about the customer, me! My husband and I had spent time trying different cars, different dealerships, with different sales staff. By day three on our way home feeling a bit discouraged, my husband said these very wise words," we just have not sat in the car we really want yet". It was the CX-5 and we are in love. Jason had been recommended by a friend, Jason asked us just enough questions to know the vehicle he believed would suit our needs. We wanted a smaller SUV that my 6"4" husband would also find comfortable. Jason listened again and we added on the features we wanted. The dealership is beautiful and we plan to continue our relationship with them. Jason's Excellent Customer Service I did a ton of research on vehicles similar to the Mazda CX-5 and zeroed in on the CX-5 as the model I wanted to lease. Jason understood that right fr I did a ton of research on vehicles similar to the Mazda CX-5 and zeroed in on the CX-5 as the model I wanted to lease. Jason understood that right from the start and acted is a helpful representative to close the deal quickly and without any unnecessary aggravation that can come with the lease of a new vehicle. I’ve been there and had that done to me in the past. Jason eased the process along by answering a few questions I had regarding the model I wanted and the necessary financing options. It took a reasonable back and forth by email for a couple of days and a visit to sign initial paperwork along with a quick and informative test drive. There was a second visit to sign the lease and provide the down payment and I drove my CX-5 off the lot. Through this whole process Jason was very quick to respond to my questions and made leasing my CX-5 hassle free and enjoyable. Jason provided the professional support you would expect from any dealership…it was easy to give him a 5 star rating. More
