Integrity and Customer Satisfaction rule here! I did my initial comparison shopping over the Internet with 4 Mazda dealers closest to Cape Cod. Mark C at Premier Mazda was courteous, respectful and I did my initial comparison shopping over the Internet with 4 Mazda dealers closest to Cape Cod. Mark C at Premier Mazda was courteous, respectful and honest. His quote was ‘all in’, which was not true of some of the other dealers. Did I find an apples to apples quote that was less? Sure, another dealer was $300 less but knowing that Premier will also give me a free loaner sealed the deal over the phone. But Mark C was extremely thorough; when we arrived at the dealership to close the deal, the Mazda incentives had changed (May v April), so the final price was even lower. Thank you Mark C and the entire Premier Mazda team. I love my new CX-5 and just sent my sister-in-law your way! More
