Their former GM Oscar was awesome and their Service Department guy Alex was thorough and great at customer service. Unfortunately, they tore the showroom down and moved their service over to their Volvo dealership. Things have gone way downhill. I brought my car, which I bought from them, in for a state inspection, new lights, and to ascertain why the check engine light had come on. $2200 later the inspection was not done and the fog light was not replaced, so I had to take it back and was told it would cost another $380. My wife called Mike, their GM, and he decided to be aggressive and rude with her. Their service guy Zach was professional and nice but didn't ensure all the work was done and said, "if you want us to inspect it we will give it a 'fail'". So our relationship with Premier is over. We'll buy and service our cars elsewhere from people that understand customer service and maintaining relationships in a way that Mike and Zach don't care about. More

VERY UNPLEASANT I have dealt with Mark Correia and had a very good experience. This time I dealt with Michael Del Buono (General Manager) and was very displeased with I have dealt with Mark Correia and had a very good experience. This time I dealt with Michael Del Buono (General Manager) and was very displeased with the expierence. My issue with this purchase was that when I was in negotiations regarding the price I showed Michael the Kelly Blue Book Fair Market price for the vehicle and he stated that he was giving me a better price because the Kelly Blue Book price was with all the discounts & rebates included. I took him for his word and purchased the vehicle. Before I picked-up the vehicle I went back onto Kelly Blue Book and reviewed their pricing. I found that it stated that their Fair Market Value did not include any discounts or rebates. The day before I picked-up the vehicle I contacted Michael and told him that I felt that he had lied to me about the pricing the Kelly Blue Book showed. At that point he stated the Kelly Blue Book does not set or dictate Mazda's selling price. Needless to say I was not pleased with his response. At that point I decided to purchase the vehicle. I feel that I could have saved about $1400, difference between KBB price and dealer's price, if I had gone to another dealership. I have always been a person to shop and buy local to support the businesses on Cape Cod. But, the next time I will definitely go OFF CAPE to purchase my next vehicle. More
