We are very pleased with the salesman, Kevin Sanders and with Kara, the business manager. Kevin spent time going through and teaching us the features of the auto and how to use them. Brought my car into the service center to be checked. I described that there was a hesitation issue in fourth gear and that the car had a lack of power. Service kept the car overnight and tested it for a t described that there was a hesitation issue in fourth gear and that the car had a lack of power. Service kept the car overnight and tested it for a total of 3.3 miles or driving. Said they couldn’t find any issues. They didn’t check the fourth gear like I had stated. Invoice says that I paid 150 dollars for them to use a scan tool and test drive the car. I’ve had issues here before and I urge others to stay away from the service department. More
