Absolutely ridiculous. Will never shop this dealership again. More
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with I drove 6 and a half hours to buy a new Dodge pickup they had listed online. First, they couldn’t do the advertised price because I didn’t qualify for I drove 6 and a half hours to buy a new Dodge pickup they had listed online. First, they couldn’t do the advertised price because I didn’t qualify for certain rebates. So why advertise it at that price? Second, they “forgot” to mention that the truck was on their lot when a TORNADO destroyed part of the building until I was halfway there. When I got there we discovered a few issues. Nothing major, except one of the fender flares was cracked and would need to be replaced. I called around and found out it would cost $600 to replace and paint it. They wouldn’t discount the truck or pay to have it done. I wasted 13 hours on driving there, put 800 miles on my truck and spent $200 on fuel. I would stay away from these crooks at all cost. More

For the second time it was a quart and half low on Oil, I replaced the tired as they were dry rotted and the right rear tire wouldn't hold air. Not to mention the CHECK ENGINE light is on now. I paid $9100 for this car and the sales manager GREG POE told me there is nothing they can do I need to contact the service department & basically that is expected of a car 6 years old. I was sold a piece of JUNK!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP... More
Terrible customer service!!! I had a written agreement when I bought my truck and they didn’t fix my door or honor it at all. After having the truck for less than a month it start I had a written agreement when I bought my truck and they didn’t fix my door or honor it at all. After having the truck for less than a month it started knocking, so I took it to them , because they said they stand behind their vehicles. They sold me a truck with bad lifters and it ended up damaging the camshaft. But when it came down to it, they wouldn’t return my calls or emails! Jennifer the salesman was good to when buying it , wouldn’t help at all while trying to get it fixed. So I ended up getting it fixed at a shop and it cost me $3000. Terrible customer service! DO NOT buy here. More

Two days after it arrived, I drove 60 miles to look at it, bought it, and drove it home. Mike respectfully answered all of my questions and rode with me on a test drive to practice the amazing parking assist feature, new since I bought a 2013 Volt. I originally exchanged email with Luis Marrero. Both Luis and Mike were excellent, respectful car salesmen that I would recommend to others. Before I drove off, Mike rode with me to the service department and introduced me to a technician so I would know where to take it for service. More

I returned there in February of 2019 to see about buying another car. Drew Setzer, the salesman from 15 months prior, recognized me and asked how the Nissan I bought was doing. We looked at a couple cars, narrowed it down, and bought one on the spot. Fast, friendly, can't recommend them highly enough. More

The pricing, incentives eligibility and finance options were all clearly and honestly presented, all of which was greatly appreciated. Even my wife indicated that this was the first time she ever enjoyed a car buying experience.
