Poor buying experience I felt rushed by the sales person, not before the sale was complete, but after. I felt like he ditched me once the papers were signed, even though I I felt rushed by the sales person, not before the sale was complete, but after. I felt like he ditched me once the papers were signed, even though I had a few questions. I felt "pushed through" by finance, obviously selling me things I didn't need. I also called back several days later to make a change on my service contract. I told the person helping me (Pat or Pam?) that I was displeased with my experience, but I received no response from her or anyone else at the dealership. I have since canceled any "extra" that I purchased at the dealership. More

great experience 10 - STARS - Wow this was the greatest experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. I truly had fun looking for my vehicle and I thank Zach for making i 10 - STARS - Wow this was the greatest experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. I truly had fun looking for my vehicle and I thank Zach for making it fun and using a golf cart to putt around the lot of 900 vehicles. My arthritic knees did hurt and my vehicle choice that as well. Matt made me feel at home in the mind boggling paperwork process, felt at ease. Two issues only 1) ID OT form expired 2 days prior to purchasing the vehicle - just doesn't fly with state license office. Talked to Service -who said bring in and go to Quick Lube and they will take care of this. I was promised a front license plate holder would be ordered by Zach. Left 2 messages and no return call. Finally spoke to Service - they do not show anything ordered under my name - Hm forgot me already fellas?. These have to be such a fluke. The State of Missouri possibly going back to just one license plate but they haven't made a decision yet. SUGGESTION: Beside this email, you need a team of people to contact vehicle purchasers to make sure everything is OK to handle issues rather then nearly 2 weeks after a purchase. multiple voice mails left and no response isn't good These VM's need to be answered the same day they come in. Just good business practice. More

Over and above I flew in from California. I was picked up and taken to the dealership to see my car waiting for me. All checked out and gassed up for my journey home I flew in from California.
