Great bunch of people to deal with. Very happy We were looking for a specific Traverse with many options and had to have leather and 8 passenger seating. Mayes had 3 of the 4 I was able to find within 100 miles, most have 7 passenger seating with leather. Our salesman Sam was great even though it was rainy, snowing and cold he was happy to show us all 3 vehicles. The staff in the showroom and finance were friendly and we never felt pressured. Nothing like Reliable that just want to sell one car to as many people as possible and could care less if you ever come back. We truly felt like they wanted us to come back and we will. Good experience I purchased a 2016 Equinox in March 2017. It was a program car with low mileage and full warranty. The gentleman who greeted us on the lot was Eric I purchased a 2016 Equinox in March 2017. It was a program car with low mileage and full warranty. The gentleman who greeted us on the lot was Eric Perryman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure. Let us test drive several cars. Eric has just the right personality for auto sales and appears to be very successful. We went to Mayse because the the large lot which offered more choices. We did an online search in the area and found that their prices were very competitively priced - (typically slightly below the competition) and had more cars to choose from than any of the competition. I would recommend Mayse and Eric to anyone wanting to shop or buy an auto with a lot of choices, with minimal pressure, and a good sales person. The closing (Jeff) was low pressure for the "extras". We did purchase an extended warranty for the electronics of the vehicle. I have not yet used the service but was promised four free oil changes. More
