Pleasant purchase, substandard detail My wife and I purchased a 2016 Buick LaCrosse that had been a program car that one of the dealership owners had driven and put about 12,000 miles on. Because It had been driven by someone with a small child and family when I test drove the car i noticed that there was spilled drink in the cup holders, crumbs around the gear shift and in round the seats in the back seat. After we decided on a price, Ehren, the salesman, sent the car to detail and a be fueled up. While that was happening I returned to Branson to my bank to pick up the check for the purchase of the automobile. When I returned I gave them the check, they gave me the keys and then Ehren walked us through the computer system of car and showed us how to sync our phones. He then sent us out with a handshake, a smile and a hat. When we got in the car to leave that's when I noticed that they'd only put about half a tank of gas in the car which at the time I thought, " well I didn't negotiate for a full tank," but he did say he was going to fuel up the car I assumed that meant fill it up. It wasn't until I stopped to get some coffee and fill the car up the rest of the way that I noticed that the cup holders were never cleaned and the area around the gear shift still had the crumbs. It was raining that day so I thought maybe I would give them a pass. It wasn't until the day later when we found the pacifier and Dry Cereal in the backseat. Although the purchasing experience was pleasant and exceptional I really did enjoy purchasing this car, they have a lot left to be desired in the detail department. More

5000 mile oil change, etc. Everyone was friendly and helpful with recommendations on what needed to be done to car. Did not have to wait more than 30 or 45 minutes for my car. No followthrough. We got a nice car for a good price, but don't expect anything extra after you negotiate the price down.
