Another Great Experince At Mayse. As always, I had another great experience at Mayes. I was given an appointment for the very next day. I showed up. They were busy but said that they would have my car ready that afternoon. They gave me a loaner car & I headed home. They called me in the early afternoon, said my car was ready & that they were sending a driver to swap cars with me. The driver (his name was Bill) arrived, handed me the repair order which indicated that my stereo system needed an update & that took care of my problem. I was very pleased. Great service, as always. Hidden gem found! While searching in the Kansas City area for an Acura MDX, but not finding anything that fit our budget, I expanded my search out a couple hundred mile While searching in the Kansas City area for an Acura MDX, but not finding anything that fit our budget, I expanded my search out a couple hundred miles and found the perfect vehicle at Mayse Automotive, in Aurora , MO. I called Steve S. and spoke with him about the 2014 Acura MDX, since it was priced below anything we had seen in the KC area, and he assured me it was in great condition and he would pull the keys and have it detailed for me if we chose to drive down to see it(about 180 miles). I advise we would drive down and see it. From the moment we arrived, Steve made us feel appreciated and valued. Even after the negotiating was finished and we moved on to the finance department, Tripp was as personable as we could have hoped for. Long Distance Sale So I found a great looking truck via Carfax but it was at the furthest I was willing to go for a vehicle. This was the third time I found a truck I w So I found a great looking truck via Carfax but it was at the furthest I was willing to go for a vehicle. This was the third time I found a truck I was interested in but the other dealerships took their time in responding to me and/or didn't give me enough time to make a decision so either the truck was sent off to auction or sold. But not at MAYSE, they responded quickly to my questions, all of them, and were patient with me as I couldn't just come by and look at the truck as it was 450 miles away. They sent detailed pictures, talked about my trade in which was a make or break point of the deal. I was comfortable in purchasing the vehicle and driving the 450 miles to trade in my vehicle and pick up a very clean and dependable truck. They even followed up the sale to ensure I was happy with it. The process took 2 hrs from arrival in my old truck to departure in my new used truck. Very happy with Steve and Tripp for making this a great expierence. More
