Would not return to this dealer. Found a car online. Drove 80 miles to get to dealership after speaking with David Brown on the phone. When I arrived, David brought the car around for a test drive. All the tires were low on air with one being below 20 PSI. I should have left then. The price was competitive so I purchased the car with a promise from David that he would clean up the cigarette smoke smell and install a new cabin air filter. When I picked up the car two days later, David was not available and the car still reeked of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anything was done to fulfill the promise of service. I took the car home and the next day, the same tire I had complained about being low, was flat. This caused me considerable trouble. Today I lowered the seat backs of the rear seat and found that the carpet and upholstery was torn up from the floor and not repairable by me. I was not favorably impressed with this dealership. More

Great service So glad I bought my Traverse at Mayse. Got me the exact car I wanted. Got me great financing the same day. Was disappointed in the sales experience and knowledge staff We found a Jeep online that we liked to purchase for my son. We filled out the form online (to save time at the dealership) for pre-approval of a loa We found a Jeep online that we liked to purchase for my son. We filled out the form online (to save time at the dealership) for pre-approval of a loan for the Jeep, which was a button under the Jeep info on the website. We drove an hour to go look at the vehicle, and we get there, test drive it, everything looks good. Was told it would pass inspection and everything worked. We get ready to deal on it and we told him we were financing it, he just then stated that we could not finance it because it is under a certain amount, we were not told this prior to driving the hour there(one way), even when he had called me before we planned to go look at it. We sit in his office, and get a loan through our bank and were ready to drive off the lot, only to be told since the deal was done after 2 pm that we would have to make the hour drive(one way) again tomorrow to pick up said vehicle. We were not able to make it the next day, so we picked it up the following day. We told them to have everything ready because we were going to an event and had the whole family with us, to include a toddler. Once again we were told 30 mins tops, that was not the case, it took more than an hour, you ever try to keep a toddler busy and out of things for an hour? We finally get the Jeep and we go, fast forward to that night, the passenger headlight didn't work, it was like pulling teeth to get them to call our local dealership to set up an appointment and when they did, the salesman did not call to inform us we had an appointment, I had to call him. Two days later the driver's side headlight went out and instead of fighting with them again we just replaced that one ourselves. As well as a new A/C compressor that went a few days after that. I know it is "as is", but they should thoroughly go through the vehicles before they say they are good and sell them off the lot. Four hours of drive time, one cranky toddler, two new headlights, and a/c compressor(including recharge). We now have another decent Jeep added to the two we already have. More

Worth the long drive! We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Mayse because the selection they offered was outstanding and the prices could not be beat. The whole experience was top notch and one the best things was nobody was pushy or tried to tell us what we wanted. They showed us what we wanted to see and in the end we purchased the exact vehicle we had been looking at on the website. More
Not a happy camper My car is under warranty. At the time of purchase we were told oil changes were included. Then I was charged and the incorrect mileage recorded. I t My car is under warranty. Sixty bucks for an oil change on a dinky car that takes 4 quarts? I also had some trim warping (also under warranty, which they verified). I was told they don't have a body shop and I would have to take it somewhere else. Really? So they can't read an odometer, won't do the included oil changes without a post card sent in the mail, hence the $60 initial charge, (although I would guess all of that is generated via computer program which should also be able to look up my account/warranty information) and they don't have a body shop or wouldn't direct me to an approved shop for their warranty on the car they sold me. So, no, I'm not a happy camper. More
