They set me up an appt for two days later. when i showed up they knew who i was and why i was there. I was in and out in 3 to 5 minutes with a new truck like mine to drive home (ITS TRUE). the next day they called to let me know they fixed the recall issue and should have the rattle fixed the next day. The next day i got a call that my truck was ready. In in out again in under 10 minutes! What a great and unusual experience, these guys have there s*#t together. More

Just looking for a new car it was getting to be time for a new car. we decided to start by going to Aurora to see what Mayse had available and to visit the ford dealer. we wer it was getting to be time for a new car. we decided to start by going to Aurora to see what Mayse had available and to visit the ford dealer. we were at the very beginning of this venture and were not planning to buy. We found ourselves on the used car lot and were approached by John Ellis. We told him we were actually looking for a new car and he told us where to go to see the new vehicles. As we walked around the lot we decided we wanted to look at the used Equinox we saw and went back and found John. We test drove 2 cars and decided to buy one that day. John was knowledgeable without being pushy. Finance with Tripp went quickly and smoothly. We felt we got a fair deal for our trade. My son has bought cars at Mayse in the past and was always satisfied. We were pleased with the entire experience and will recommend this dealership to any of our friends looking for a vehicle. More
