Treated as stupid, management went out of their way 2 fix it I visited Mayes about 2 months ago and had an auto i was interested in. I did my research, looked at like vehicles, same year, same trim and optio I visited Mayes about 2 months ago and had an auto i was interested in. I did my research, looked at like vehicles, same year, same trim and options. I knew what i would pay before I went and drove the vehicle. I delt with one salesman all week , (I was on the road )when i walked into the dealership, they swapped salesmen on me. This one didn't act as if he cared if I bought the vehicle or not. After I drove the vehicle, we went into his office, no negotiations, no talk, he went and came back with what he wanted for the vehicle. I said I'll give you this amount and my trade-in. The vehicle is priced to high. I can get the same unit for that price with 20-30 thousand less miles. He looked at me with disgust and said as if I was stupid, " We aren't even talking about the same car!" I said your right, grabbed my keys and walked out. The sales manager called asked me the issue and I told him. So he said give us another chance. And i will take care of you myself. About 3 weeks later I saw a vehicle (2016 Buick)my wife wanted to look at. We called the sales manager and we got a great deal. 9 yr bumper to bumper warranty Now we have a simple issue that needs fixed( clip on top of the door panel is broken . Stan in management called me and went out of their way to fix it. Called the first issue inexcusable and apologized for it. And went as far as to send a man to our home(60 miles away) with a new car as a loaner till they fixed ours. Then brought it back so the wife didn't have to go get it. The one issue was a salesman .Sales staff gets 3 stars, management has been outstanding and I cannot rate them high enough. More
