The car I wanted wasn't available anymore, but Mr. Mayse himself, came to meet me to make sure I got what I wanted. I have shopped in other dealers in the area before, and I always felt stressed and hassled when looking. But here, from start to finish it was super easy and stress free. When we first stepped on the lot, no one hassled me. Mike asked if he could help us, let us look around, and helped when we asked. I am so happy with the whole experience! Service Department - On Point! This was my second visit to get my Equinox serviced. I am always greeted friendly by the service manager. I had three autos in front of mine, but it This was my second visit to get my Equinox serviced. I am always greeted friendly by the service manager. I had three autos in front of mine, but it was very prompt. I was then told about what services are suggested (per mileage on vehicle)and we spoke about getting those scheduled after Christmas. Very laid back and not pushy. The lobby plays HGTV, coffee is available which was nice since I was there before 7:30. I really think the service there will bring me back to purchase an upgrade in a year or two. More
