Great experience It was my first time since I bought my car from Mayse that I have needed an oil change. From the second I walked in the door, until I drove off, I was treated with kindness and appreciation. I was in and out within 30 minutes and no charge since I am under my factory warranty. I had great customer service when I bought my car, and the great customer service has continued in the service Dept. I will gladly drive the 25 miles to Mayse for any service, even though Pinegar is only 2 minutes away from me. The special treatment I get at Mayse is well worth the drive! More

Best car buying experience ever First, let me say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The folks at Mayse Automotive Group were incredible to work with. I have been in the market for a Chevrolet Silverado for a couple of years now. I was searching the internet and found a truck that Mayse was advertising for 11K off MSRP. This truck was 15 to 20 thousand off any truck I could find in the South Florida area. My wife and I could not believe this was true. We called and spoke with Steve Shiveley the Internet Sales Manager. He said that he is able to offer these types of deals because of his volume and his location. We then called our credit union, worked on the financing and 2 days later I flew up to Springfield, Mo. Mayse arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and drive me to the dealership. Once at the dealership I had the privilege of meeting Gizmo the company mascot and the best greeter around! I also met Matt Mayse the Vice-President and General Manager, Greg Poe the new car manager, Tripp Cook the finance manager, and Steve Shiveley the Internet sales manager. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful each one of these individuals are.
