Purchased Acadia...3 days later noticed a problem Shortly after purchasing our GMC Acadia (like 3 days later) my husband just happened to be driving behind me and noticed the light above my hatch was Shortly after purchasing our GMC Acadia (like 3 days later) my husband just happened to be driving behind me and noticed the light above my hatch was super faint so when I stopped and looked. He speculated maybe that’s why none of my radio stations were coming in. Turns out there was a huge chunk missing out of the plastic cover over the light. I texted some pictures to Greg (in management) and spoke with Eric (our salesman) and they informed me the reason my radio isn’t working is because the antennae is GONE. Greg texted me back almost instantly and said he’d take care of it. Just a few minutes later Eric called and said they’d send a driver for the vehicle and give me something else to drive while they fixed it—we live a hour and fifteen minutes from Aurora AND I have a daughter who needs brought to school, dance, etc, so this is a huge deal! They didn’t question my word for a second and immediately made sure it would be made right. This spoke volumes to me! Not only will it be fixed but it won’t interrupt all I have to do as a mom. If for no other reason, I will recommend Mayse to friends and family just for this service. More

Excellent service before and after purchase I found a vehicle my son was interested in online. I was contacted and the vehicle was waiting for us to test drive. A good place to shop and possibly purchase an automobilie We were looking for a newer or new 4 wd pickup with seating for 5 or more. I checked on line with the various auto dealers in the area. After visiting with the sales person(who was very nice, not pushy at all), we decided on purchasing a 2015 "program" pickup. I was disappointed at the "tightness" of the deal. I should have left and thought about the process more. Also, the dealership would not even give us a full tank of gas for the truck. So that was disappointing, also. However, if you are thinking about buying a pickup, check this dealership. Hopefully you will be a better negotiator than I was. The pickup, so far, has been great. Hopefully, it continues... More
