When we arrived they were very busy, but everyone was being patient and the employees were taking note and speaking to customers letting them know they would be with them shortly. Mike, worked hard to get our paperwork completed and letting us test drive. When we returned we worked with Rob on getting the rest of the paperwork finalized and he was very helpful in getting everything completed and answering our questions. Thank you! More

Took Corvette in for shifter problem Took Vet in for shifter hard to get out of park. Was greeted immediately by service rep Shawn. He put his Corvette specialist on it and called me that Took Vet in for shifter hard to get out of park. Was greeted immediately by service rep Shawn. He put his Corvette specialist on it and called me that afternoon telling me what was causing the problem and the cost of the part and labor. He also would keep the car inside when keeping it overnight. Called the next day to tell me the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Super nice people and the service waiting area was very clean and comfortable. More

Fast, straight forward I dealt with Steve (online manager) first. He got the paper work and everything set up and ready to go. He called the morning we were due to drive down to let us know the time we clear (snow) she told us to meet with Tripp. We got there, they showed us the vehicle and away we went to sign papers. We were there maybe an hour. Tripp got our interest rate lower than he originally told us. He told us every positive and negative thing about the "extras" they had available for the vehicle. All around the best dealership we've been to! More

They took the time to check this out and then went ahead and made the repairs needed the same day. I really appreciated that they worked my car into their schedule because I live an hour away from this dealer. I make the trip because they are always friendly and do a great job. Brought my truck in because the check engine light was on Shawn diagnosed the problem and went on to find several other issues with my 13 year old truck, some of which were signifIcant and also potentially da Shawn diagnosed the problem and went on to find several other issues with my 13 year old truck, some of which were signifIcant and also potentially dangerous if not addressed. He asked to keep my truck for a day, made a list of the problems we both felt needed to be addressed, and set about finding parts. The next day he called me and told he found aftermarket parts for one some of the other issues and asked if he should go ahead and fix those issues too.i told him to go ahead, and the next day he called and told me me my truck was finished and I could pick it up! And I thought the bill was very reasonable for everything he’d done! More
