Made us pay $500 for a part that they mistakenly installed. Our air conditioner was not working, so we took in the Tahoe for diagnosis. We were told we’d have to come back, because they didn’t have the part, but after they had the car the entire day. When we went back, they installed the new part, and the air conditioner still didn’t work. They discovered the $500 part wasn’t the problem. They then replaced the real problem part for $460. We were required to pay for all of it, including their mistake, before we could get the Tahoe back. More
